What payment methods can I use?

Credit card:

We offer our customers the chance to pay by credit card. Simply enter your credit card details during the order process.

 

Bank transfer:

If the frameset is in stock you can still make a pre-order. Just place the pre-order by clicking here. You will have to fill out the form with your information, send it back to us and then you will receive the pre-payment invoice. Once the invoice is paid the frameset will be sent to you.

 

Can I place a Pre-Order?

Sure! If your frameset is not in stock you can place a pre-order by clicking the link in each product page.

 

Where are the CUEVA Bikes made?

Every frameset is handmade in Italy. Design and delivery are carried out from our headquarters in Spain.

 

What materials are used in the construction of CUEVA BIKES framesets?

Our framesets are made with the best materials. We use aluminum 7005 T6 Columbus Airplane and carbon HR40 that reduce weight and increase the stiffness and resistance of the frame.

 

How long does the warranty of my CUEVA frameset last?

The frameset is covered by a six-year warranty and the paintwork is covered by a two-year warranty. Our guarantee starts from the date of purchase and is only valid for the initial owner of the frameset. If you need further information about the warranty, visit Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

What are the costs under the guarantee?

The customer accepts the costs for shipment and modification as well as labor costs in our workshop.

 

Is there a maximum weight limit for carbon fiber frames?

Framesets are verified and approved up to a maximum weight of 100kg (220lbs).

 

What happens after I place the order?

If ordered through the internet, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Your order will be processed by our team in a maximum period of 3 working days. After this process we will ship your purchase and a few days later you will receive a tracking number for follow your shipment on carrier’s website.

 

Why do you need my email address?

Your email address allows us to report information about your order. We inform you by email about the status of your order. 

 

Can I purchase a Cueva bike frame with different colors?

The answer is yes, we offer the chance of customize the frameset’s colors. You will have to make a preorder in each product page or by email at orders@cuevabikes.com where shortly after you will receive a pre-payment invoice.

 

In your preorder you must specify the desired RAL color number for the base layer and another one for the secondary color (decals and details). You also have to specify the finish, you can choose between matt or glossy for each one. In order to select the desired RAL you can use this website as guide: www.ralcolor.com

 

A customized frameset has an additional cost of 150 Euros.

 

Who do I contact in case of a complaint?

Send an email with your complaint to info@cuevabikes.com and we will contact you immediately by email or phone.

 

What happens in case of web-page errors?

In case of omissions, unavailable models or errors on the website we reserve the right to refund the payment(s) to the costumer. The costumer will receive the full amount of the product price and shipping cost. Frameset colors that appear on the website could slightly vary due to the browser or monitor.

 

What do the prices include?

Prices are in Euros and taxes are included for European Union countries. The delivery may be subject to import taxes or VAT, which varies depending on the delivery country. CUEVA BIKES is not responsible for such overcharges.

 

Can I return my order?

You can refund or make an exchange your order within 15 days of the receipt. The frameset must be in its original package and must not be opened. If an item is damaged it will be replaced, repaired or refunded after being evaluated by our team. Shipping fees from customer to our headquarters are not refundable.
